Any time I need any kind of service I was lucky to get any at all due to the place being a desert on Mondays. Room could use some touch up work on a few things as well such as scratches and chips on wood. Only one very small trash can in the room and turns out this is in other rooms as well. Not very many outlets and every light in the bedroom and outside hallways are LED's. Gaps in the door let huge amounts of light in. When I got to my room, there was a pile of trash in front of it and dirty towels, but the room was clean. Are you kidding me? A resort fee? Elevators were kind of dirty. They charge a resort fee of like 14 bucks. The place is on a skeleton crew from Monday-Wednesday. Now the bad (some of this can be considered ticky tac). Fast elevators and there were 4 of them and you had to have a room key to go up so good security. Fridge in room, large screen TV with nice remote and good service. So first of all, the room was great! Very comfortable bed, clean, very large as was the bathroom.
